Herbrechtingen sits on the B 19 between Heidenheim and Giengen, with the Brenz railway running through it. That is convenient as long as the timetable fits. Herbrechtingen and its districts
A taxi that only serves the centre is not much use here. Most of our rides start in the districts, and the differences matter: Bolheim is right next to the centre, Anhausen is a couple of minutes away, Eselsburg lies down in the valley with a winding approach, and Bissingen and Hausen ob Lontal are up on the Alb plateau, a good ten minutes further out. We plan with that, not against it.

In winter we set off earlier on the Alb routes without being asked. You do not have to think of it.

Route values without traffic, from the town centre. From your own front door it can be a few minutes more. For the pick-up time we add ten minutes to the driving time and round up to the next five – for airports we allow considerably more, because check-in does not wait.
Where we pick you up
At your front door, that is the normal case. Not at the corner, not at the next car park. If you have luggage we carry it to the car and out again at the other end. At the hospital we pull up at the entrance, not at the barrier.
Booked in advance or right now
Both work. A ride tomorrow morning at six is booked with one call. A ride in twenty minutes usually is too. For a fixed series – dialysis, radiotherapy, a course of treatment over weeks – you tell us once and it stays in our schedule.
What a ride costs and how you pay

In the car you can pay by card: girocard (EC card), credit card and contactless, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash works too. About ten minutes from the town centre, six kilometres over the B 19. We pull up at your door twenty minutes before your appointment time and stop at the entrance, not at the car park.

Do you drive early in the morning and at night?
Yes. Early flights, early shifts and dialysis shifts start before six, and we are on the road for them. Please book night rides in advance so the car is definitely there.
Do you take a wheelchair or a walking frame?
A folding wheelchair and a walking frame travel with you, and we help with getting in and out. We carry passengers seated. If you have to stay seated in your wheelchair, we arrange the ride through our partner firm. Lying transport is handled by the emergency medical service.
