Prescription, approval, co-payment

- Approval: Dialysis and oncological treatment count as high-frequency treatments, box 1d on the form. They require approval, but insurers grant it as a matter of course for this indication. We obtain the approval for you.
- Co-payment: 10 per cent of the fare, at least 5 and at most 10 euros per trip. Children under 18 pay nothing.
- Co-payment exemption: With a long series of trips the annual cap is reached quickly. After that you pay nothing at all – applying to your insurer is almost always worth it.
- Billing: directly with your health insurer. You pay nothing up front.
- Only admission or discharge? Then no approval is needed at all – that is what the law says.

What we drive – and what we do not
- Seated passengers. A folding wheelchair and a rollator come along.
- If you have to stay in your wheelchair, we arrange the trip through our partner firm – one call to us is enough.
- We do not carry out stretcher transports or carry-chair transfers down stairs.
