Medical transport & insurance billing

Doctor's appointment, dialysis, chemotherapy, rehab or hospital discharge — we pick you up and bill your health insurer directly. All you need is a medical prescription (Muster 4).

* Non-binding guide value based on the official taxi tariff of the Heidenheim district (as of 01.10.2024): base fare €3.90 (day) / €4.20 (night), minimum €4.00 / €4.30, plus €2.90/km for a one-way trip or €1.70/km for a return trip. An approach fee from the nearest base may apply (€1.70/km). All prices incl. 7% VAT. Waiting time (time price €44/h) is not included – the taximeter is binding. Airport transfers, 4+ passengers and wheelchair rides on request only.

Paying for your ride

You can pay by card in every one of our cars: girocard (EC card), credit card and contactless, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash works too, of course.

For medical transport with a prescription you pay only the statutory co-payment; we bill the rest directly to your health insurer. Company rides go on an invoice. You get a receipt for every ride, on request as a proper invoice.
