- As far as the reception desk, not just to the kerb. If you like, we come inside with you and sit with you until you are called.
- A companion travels free of charge. We only need to know in advance who is coming along.
- Dialysis and radiotherapy in one place. If you need both, you come to the same address twice. We combine the appointments.
Prescription, approval, co-payment
- Prescription: Form Muster 4, issued for the whole series – not per trip. Your treating practice issues it.
- Approval: Radiotherapy counts as a high-frequency treatment, box 1d on the form. It requires approval, but insurers grant it as a matter of course for this indication. We obtain the approval for you.
- Co-payment: 10 per cent of the fare, at least 5 and at most 10 euros per trip. Children under 18 pay nothing.
- Co-payment exemption: With a long series of trips the annual cap is reached quickly. After that you pay nothing at all – applying to your insurer is almost always worth it.
- Billing: directly with your health insurer. You pay nothing up front.

Seated transport, luggage and aids included. We take a rollator and a folding wheelchair along and load them ourselves. If you stay seated in your wheelchair, the trip runs through our partner firm – you simply register it with us.

I live in Heidenheim. Why would I travel to Aalen?
That is your doctor's decision, not ours – sometimes it comes down to machine time, sometimes to the treating practice. To Heidenheim it is 4 minutes, to Aalen 30. We drive wherever you have been referred.
Does my insurer cover a trip into another district as well?
Yes, if that is where the treatment takes place. The district makes no difference, the prescription does. We obtain the approval.
I am often exhausted after radiotherapy. Do you come as far as the exit?
We come inside as far as the reception desk if you would like us to. Waiting at the kerb is not how we work.
Do you also drive early in the morning?
From 06:30 as standard, earlier by prior arrangement. For a fixed series we agree it once.
