Transport to oncological treatment in Günzburg and Dillingen
Between Niederstotzingen, Sontheim, Syrgenstein and Bachhagel the Danube is closer than Ulm. Two destinations, one catchment area
If you live in Bachhagel, Syrgenstein, Zöschingen or Wittislingen, Dillingen is your shortest route – 23.8 kilometres from Syrgenstein. For Niederstotzingen, Sontheim and Hermaringen, Günzburg is closer. We drive to both regularly, and which one is responsible for you is stated on your referral.
- The state border makes no difference. Home in Württemberg, clinic in Bavaria – we bill with both sides and put the justification in the application.
- The trip there and back from one service. We take you to the infusion and pick you up again afterwards – when it is coming to an end, just message us on WhatsApp or give us a quick call, or the practice lets us know, usually about half an hour beforehand. We pick you up right on time.
- Small villages are our everyday work. Zöschingen, Ziertheim, Haunsheim, Medlingen – we do not have to look up the address first.
- We come inside with you, if you would like or if you are not feeling well that day – as far as the reception desk.
- A companion travels free of charge. We only need to know in advance who is coming along.
- Bundle appointments. If dialysis or radiotherapy is added, we arrange the trips so that you are not on the road twice in one day.
Prescription, approval, co-payment
- Prescription: Form Muster 4, issued for the whole series – not per trip. Your treating practice issues it.
- Approval: Oncological chemotherapy counts as a high-frequency treatment, box 1d on the form. It requires approval, but insurers grant it as a matter of course for this indication. We obtain the approval for you.
- Co-payment: 10 per cent of the fare, at least 5 and at most 10 euros per trip. Children under 18 pay nothing.
- Co-payment exemption: With a long series of trips the annual cap is reached quickly. After that you pay nothing at all – applying to your insurer is almost always worth it.
- Billing: directly with your health insurer. You pay nothing up front.

What we do and what we do not
Seated transport, luggage and aids included. We take a rollator and a folding wheelchair along and load them ourselves. If you stay seated in your wheelchair, the trip runs through our partner firm – you simply register it with us.

Yes, if that is where the treatment takes place. The federal state is not a criterion; the nearest suitable place of treatment is.
Can I cancel at short notice if the blood count is not right?
Yes, at any time and at no cost. With chemotherapy that happens regularly.
Do you also drive to follow-up appointments once the therapy has ended?
Yes. Whether your insurer still covers these trips depends on the individual case – we tell you beforehand what to expect.
