- Two treatments, one site. If you also have to go to Lindenallee 3b for radiotherapy, we plan both together.
Costs, prescription, approval
- Prescription: A Muster 4 form from your nephrologist, issued for a longer period – not per trip.
- Approval: Dialysis is a high-frequency treatment, box 1d on the form. It requires approval, but is granted in practically every case. We obtain the approval for you.
- Co-payment: 10 per cent of the fare, at least 5 and at most 10 euros per trip.
- Co-payment exemption: With three trips a week the annual cap is reached quickly. After that you pay nothing more – applying for the exemption is worth it.
- Billing: directly with your health insurer. You pay nothing up front.

What we drive – and what we do not
- Seated passengers. A folding wheelchair and a rollator come along.
- If you have to stay in your wheelchair, we arrange the trip through our partner firm – one call to us is enough.
- We do not carry out stretcher transports or carry-chair transfers down stairs.

I live in Syrgenstein or Bachhagel. Which is closer, Günzburg or Dillingen?
Usually Dillingen: from Syrgenstein it is 25 minutes there, 32 to Günzburg. From Bachhagel 21 against 28 minutes. What matters, though, is where your place is – we drive to both.
Does my health insurer pay for the trip to Günzburg even though I live in Baden-Württemberg?
The federal state makes no difference. What counts is the nearest suitable place of treatment – and for the Danube area that is often Günzburg. We obtain the approval for you.
Do you drive the early shift too?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Agreed once, it holds for your whole series.
What happens if my dialysis takes longer than planned?
